Hey Guys

After having some problems with the wiring I got a final product.

I use three IR LED´s with 5mm and 980nm (1,5V, 100ma)
The Setup is parallel and not in row.
I use 2 AA Mignon Battery's and as you can see in the picture below, no resistor just a bridge.

For fixing those LED´s I use some straws

The Cam I use looks like this.

The Thread for building this Light filter you can find here...................

So fare everything works pretty perfect.
I need to tweak the FreeTrack software for perfect use.
Reducing Global sensitivity and smoothing.
I only play one game, so I used the global and not the profile setup.

Finlay I realized, that the Cap is not as perfect as it could be.

I had the problem, that the movement of the head was not completely tracked.
Especialy if I try to look over my shoulder.
Reason for that: The distance between the two lower LED´s was to far.
So I came back to the simple solution, also shown in other threads and vids, to put the LED´s into the shield of the cap.
I put the upper LED in a Straw to make it more stable.
Switched from 2 AA to 9V and add a resistor. (Resistor warm, LED cool!)

This works much better now!

And here we have a picture of the Freetrack Software, showing the position of the LEDs and Head.

This project seems to be done. But I am still thinking about some Tweaking.
An on/off is still missing, and maybe some different kind of LEDs
