Hi,
I'd like to spot the following article, that helps people like me (that don't know building elettrical circuits). With this product you just have to made the right support and you have a good freetrack hardware...

Sorry but this is NOT recommended, because :
1)
this setup is made for a car , so there are chances to have very bright leds. Since these leds are red, you could see reflections on your screen.
2)
This setup uses 3mm Leds.
FreeTrack works far better with 5mm leds. 3mm leds are really a bit small for a good tracking.
One can give it a try. But better check it before posting this as a possible solution for people having problems to wire leds.
once again, sorry for not being positive , but especially for people who don't handle electronics very well, we should better propose a rock solid or a fully tested solution.
