I'm using the Free Track Program with the Wii remote ,an Infrared array and a reflective surface mounted to the tongue. This setup is designed to assist patients with high level spinal cord injuries communicate.

I noticed there is an autopan feature, but it does not work until the IR trackpoint is a considerable distance from the centre. Is there any way to reduce this distance so that the autopan feature would work with the tongue tip, which can move only a few cm's? (i.e Reducing the Autopan starting distance )
