I am building a three point tracker and could use a little confirmation of my plans.
I have decided against using ir as my webcam's price tag was a little to high to go poking around inside it.
my webcam is a Microsoft Lifecam Cinema HD and I had plans to use these visible lights

I would likely power it via usb although a 9 volt battery is not out of the question.
so what do you think? would this be adequate for Freetrack? will I just be blowing myself up? i am not exactly an electrician.
