I am using a flashlight mounted on my headset as I have seen others do to achieve a single point track. I cannot figure out how to get up and running. Below is a screenshot of what is going on. Any help is appreciated!

Where is your flashlight mounted? I dont see it in the webcam image.
you gotta be sure that the light of the flashlight is the only thing to be seen, because then FreeTrack can distinguish it from the image the webcam gives. if it sees all these other lights, then it does not know which to pick. This can be achieved by lowering the treshold.

Did you also remove the IR filter and added a visual light filter?

I turned my room light off and lowered the threshold and it seems to be working properly now. How would I go about enabling the real light instead of the IR? Its working pretty good as is, enabling real light might help even more.

Yes, because prb your flashlight does not shine alot of IR light. It's common for FreeTrack to use IR light and then filter all visual light. but when you use a big visual light source and can put the treshold in such a way Freetrack only sees that light, it might work

How do I set FreeTrack to Real Light?

Turn on your webcam and see if you can adjust the settings so the image only shows 1 dot. It more about the webcam then FreeTrack. FreeTrack only distinguishes seperate light dots in the image, no matter IR light or visual.

Oh so Freetrack automatically determines if my flashlight is IR or Real Light? You made it sound like I had to "Enable" real light somewhere in the program.

You alter the Webcam, not freeTrack.
