im trying to make an arcade style gun controller for pc and almost finished but i have ran in to a few troubles
setup
1. cam is behind me tacking a laser dot in front of me (not what FT was disigned for )
2. laser is mounted on a wooden gun shape with left right and middle click from a mouse mounted as well
im having trouble
1. get FT to track the laser dot it is to bright and keeps reflecting back in to cam
2. when i mount IR led on gun i am going to need a lens with a long focal
point to make dot on sceen that FT can track. i can not find any where tht sells a lens for IR if any knows about someone that does please
or how can i get FT to look for centen colours like red
