I was using XP Pro 32 bit with anthom 2.2gh on 1g ram with vx-3000. Tried with ir filter in and out but can not get more than 20fps and bounces to 19 offten. Bought new desktop with window 7 64 bit running quad core i7 860 at 2.8g and 8g of 3ddr ram and same results. I tried many option but still not better than20fps.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong/ Site shows VX-3000 as good cam to use.
Thank you in advance for any help.

No, I did not have one till I started this and saw the vx-3000 was rated good and found it on sale for $20.00. I did not want to spend alot with try and miss.
I read some also had a 3000 with good results.
Maybe someone with 3000 can reply with setup before I start spending more money.
I will keep this in mind going fwd though, thank you for the reply.

When you open FT you should see Camera and Stream settings, just above Start button.
Make sure that no 'Auto' or 'Enhance' function is enabled.
Also, check for 'Frame rate' setting.
Compresion, make it I420
352x288 should be enough.
Exposure settings should have high denominator (slider, make it left)
If your camera installed some bloatware, try uninstalling it and left only driver. Also, check camera settings through driver settings (if have any).
