I can even without a webcam IR filter normally operate on skype? 2. if not, where should I webcam the IR filters to remove free track to use, but auto-exposure must be switched off? I want SFH487P IR LEDs for use FreeTrack MFG alienkiller

But you will have to make the visible light filter easy to detach, for example something like shown in this tread: http://forum.free-track.net//index.php?showtopic=845 In fact, the picture without the IR filter will even be better in low light conditions than with the IR filter.
