Off line

I find myself looking all over the place without even really moving my head at times, I set the smoothness to maximum settings and it has helped.
I can look around pretty smoothly but sometimes I find I've turned to much and then I'm looking behind me.

The only part that I do not love completely about headtracking is that I almost broke my neck in the Army and have nerve damage and arthritus in my spine, and having to hold my head still while flying in the sim becomes painful, other than that this is the greatest thing I've yet to find in computer land.
Thanks for any advice.

You need to put deadzones in the rotation and translation curves, that way you won't have to hold still when you are in a centered position. You do this by telling free track that you are in a "dead bubble area" where it does not begin to translate your movements until you leave that area so to speak.

Here are some illustrations of my deadzone setting in free track. Start by matching mine, then edit them to compliment your needs. ;)

That did it, it flies perfectly and smoothlky now.
Now if it wouldn't shut down every now and then it would be great.
I can't wait for 2.2 to come out.

Thanks, Aaron

Cool.  The bit of drift it has was irritating.
