I changed my trust 1400 for a labtec webcamlive pro and it gives me 32 fps.

I just got 2 questions:

1- i got non ir leds, and it seems hard to camera to track head movement, if i get Ir leds will the movement improve?

2- for ir leds i need to take the ir filter off and add the negative film right?

1) getting IR leds will improve the tracking only if you mount a visible light filter - like the photographic film (even if you don't plan on removing the IR filter). This will eliminate all the background light, making it easier for the software to pick only the LEDs.
2) the IR filter in labtec cams is very strong, so to be able to clearly see the IR LEDs trough the cam, you'll eighter need to boost their output a lot (powering them with something around 100mA) - but that'll drain your batteries really fast, or remove the filter - that's the best solution, but a bit harder, since the filter is probably not a separate element as in some cameras, but a coating put on the lens. See my Labtec quickcam pro filter removal guide on the FT homepage to see how it looked like in my cam.
