I just finished my build 2 days ago and with a little bit of work I was able to get free track working flawlessly. This morning I wanted to get down on some IL-2 CoD but for the life of me I could not get the free track to recognize input from the camera. I have tried absolutely everything I can think of along with many suggestions on the forums.

That is all I am getting even though the tracking should be working.

(in the picture I have my headset on and am positioned the same as I was last night)

I am using a logitech c250 camera with a 3-led clip on my headset (wire hanger and velcro), and I had to rename the LogiDPPAPP exe in syswow64 to make it work.

Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. The light on the camera is on as well, I can watch it turn on when I hit "start" in free track but there is still no image.

Yea I doubled checked, everything is as it should be. It was fine last night, played Il2 for hours with it.

Even when I mess with the settings (like turn the contrast all the way down) usually I get some sort of response, the black screen would become red and lose its mind. It no longer does anything when I adjust the settings.

I am doing a fresh OS install as we speak, it was overdue anyway. If the problem persists I will bump this thread.

does your webcam  function normal with other software?
Most of the time people see the dots in freetrack and no skull. But in your case the dots are gone.
There for we need to determine if you webcam is still function well.
Could you also give more info about your setup. What leds, resistor, power supply, daylight filter.

Can you see any other light dots on the cam screen? Like a remote control or a lamp. For me your LEDs are off.

I have come to the conclusion that it is an issue with the webcam. I don't know why it just randomly stopped working, but I can't get a picture using any software, not just free-track. Ordered a Microsoft-lifecam-x1000, maybe I will have better results with that.
