Hello freetrack community I am fairly new to the community and I would like some help i got this camara but I dont know if I have to remove the filter or If i can use it with it and some  IR leds

Hi,
you can test it with any ir remote control, (TV, etc.).
Push some buttons in front of the camera and with some chance and a weak ir-filter the cam detects the blinking diode.
Then try to eliminate ambiance visible-light with the cam settings and a daylight filter, (ir-pass-filter, different coloured films, etc.).
If you can manage it to stay with one good detected dot then probably you do not need to remove the ir-filter from the cam.
