Ok so i'd thought i'd try out free track, but due to my poor soldering skills I decided for my own safety i'd try using a track clip pro.
However when I insert the USB into my PC the LED's do not light up. I have also installed the track IR software but this has not helped either.
Can anyone tell me what should normally happen and maybe if this is a hardware issue so I can send it back to the shop.
Many thanks!

The clip is basicaly only 3 ir led powered by the 5v of usb, nothing to do with the software installed in pc, or even with the os.
One must know that tir clip usese INFRARED led, this is a "light" that can't be seen by human eye, only the camera will pick-up....so led will never show "light up".
Easiest way to test it is to turn on the camera on your cell phone, and to point in the direction of ir led, then you'll see the Light...
Hopefully.....

Hi Dobson!
First of all, plug USB from Clip into PC. Get your mobile phone, switch on camera and point mobile phone like you want to take picture of Clip from front side. If your clip is OK (working) you'll se bright circles on the screen of mobile phone. That's it.
Cheers!
