I have removed the filter and installed a floppy disk tape over my VX3000. Today i picked up 3 infared leds(940nm, 1.2V forward vlt., 100ma forward current) from radio shack. I also purchased a resistors that are 47 ohm 1/2 watt 5% tolerance and a standard 9v battery. I have no idea what this all means or what I'm doing, but if I wire this in serial with one resistor in the line somewhere, will it work? thanks!
