So I changed my resolution to the highest I could set it and still have 30 fps.
I think its 800x600.
Then I leave the fps on auto.
Much smoother.
I was running at 300x200 and it still jerked around.
I still have my smoothing on highest for all the axis's I use.
Looks pretty good though.

I was wondering if it was a webcam problem I was having or if it was the resolution.  Maybe both but I only have 1 webcam to test it with so there ya go.

If it's a 30 fps camera, and most webcams are, that's all you're going to get, unless you are using a Wii or a PS 3 camera.
