Hy,
wieving these videos: WiiMote head Tracking and PS3 Eye tracking
I got the idea to use glasses as a base for the tracking LEDs.

I have got these:

The glasses are about 16 cm wide, and 5.5 cm height.

I will ask you if I can use different measurents for the LEDs distances.
The dimensions must be exactly as described in the software?
What system might I use? 3-points clip or cap, or 4-points clip?

I will obtain the maximum of the performance. I like to move the head and the body a lot when doing dogfights in the simualtors.

Can someone help me?

Thank you very much!

You can customize the dimensions to fit your setup.  In the FreeTrack software, click on the "Model" button at the top and you will see where you can change the measurements.  For example, I changed the numbers to match what I made for my cap.

You will need to have one single LED further away from the webcam than the other two LEDs in order for it to work.  This means, you can't put all three LEDs on those glasses.  One of the LEDs has to be further back than the others.

With your glasses you should use a 3-point cap or 3-point clip.  I'd recommend the 3-point-cap since the glasses you will be using are close to that spatial arrangement already.

Good luck! :)

Thank you very much.

But I couldn't find, either on the manual or on the site, anything about the measurements: I mean: how much I can variate them, keeping the performance?

Thanks.
