I have problem with Free Track in IL2 1946 ver.4.09b1m: X,Y and zoom NOT works. Catch is Free Track works perfectly in IL2 1946 ver.4.08,  :D but since I installed latest mod version became 4.09b1m, X,Y & zoom NOT works. Although this is history mod which includes 6 DOF in self,  X,Y & zoom is not working. I tried almost everything, but unsuccessfuly.  :(
Don't misunderstand me, Free Track works fine, but without X,Y,Zoom. I use Free Track 2.2.279 with 3point IR LED free track.

You are my last hope. Please, help!

Hello gnitar

According to the symptoms you describe, you're just stuck in the wrong view mode in IL2.

Try to switch view mode using SHIFT F1.

That should do the trick

Alternatively :

Did you reapply the 6DOF mod since you switched your IL2 version ? You have to do it.

Hi Tristan!
I used Shift F1, but nothing happened. X,Y and zoom are still locked somewhere. There is another problem: if I apply 6DOF mode in JGSME and IL2 History mode is on, there is a warning about possible corrupting the game. Unfortunately, this is true, because, game won't start. If I switch off IL2 History mode, I'm in 4.08.
Maybe problem will be solved with latest Full (HSFX) Mod release Version 3.0,which I started to download.
Cheers!

Hello gmitar

I never used JGSME. Maybe you've got a compatibility problem with it.

I personnally run IL2 1946 v4.09 modded or v4.08 modded, with all mods coming from AllAircraftArcade.

Never had problems at all (crossing fingers)...

Maybe my problem occured in momment when I finished with upgrade to 4.08, then apply 6DOF and continue with upgrading to 4.09. I'll play with installation to examine it. By the way, if don't know, JGSME is browser where You can see and switch on & off mods installed in IL2. It's external application whitch You close before starting IL2. I think, there should be no any kind of problem. :dev:  Don't know.  :gene:
