Class : Webmaster (admin) Posts : 780 Registered on : 13/07/2007 Off line	I've tried implementing it but it's not very practical, the illusion only works if the viewpoint is static, which defeats the whole point of head tracking in the first place! Eg a cockpit view that is always forward. 1 led = yaw (x), pitch (y) 2 led = yaw (x), pitch (y), roll, z 3 led = yaw, pitch, roll, x, y, z 2 led still suffers the same limitation as 1 led; yaw and x, pitch and y get mixed up. Better off doing it properly and using 3 leds. Support FreeTrack

I am currently using the 4 setup with 2.0 but, I will try to build a simplified version with just 3 reflectors + IR LEDs mounted webcam (like this: Genius Slim 311R ). I will try to mount the reflectors pretty close together (Splinter Cell style ) because I assume Fretrack has no problem calculating the "tracking solution" when the "lights" are close because it can calculate with no problem apparently for the TIR clip headset side mounted variant which has the lights pretty close. When it will be ready I'll post here .
