hello guys,

i just set up freetrack 2.2 with dcs:black shark and everything but zooming works very fine and smooth thus far.
my exact problem is this:

when i just watch straight forward and zoom in going further to my monitor, it just does what you'd expect: it zooms in on the z-axis. but when i yaw to the left or right by turning my head, for example to look out of the side window, and then try to zoom into it by moving nearer to the monitor it just does not zoom in, but moves straight on the z-axis.

am i misexpecting something here and it is working as intended or what do i need to do that it zooms in the current view an not just moving on the z-axis?

thanks in advance

By default Blackshark maps the Z access to a forward back motion (which *is* actually a Z access). You can map it in Blackshark though to the "Zoom" function (it's at the bottom).

Thanks
