Oke using higher voltage can harm your LED's. But what when I'm using 1.2V LED and use a single 1.2V 3A NiMH power supply?? Can this work???

Short answer: No
Longer answer - No, because it's not the voltage that matters to the LED, but the ammount of current flowing trough it (which is caused by voltage, but also depends on circuit resistance). So with proper resistor selected you can as well power the same led from 3V power supply, as 100V.

Try reading the post linked above. If it doesn't help, it will be the best to use the LED calculator on the main page, and build your circuit exactly according to the schematics and values given by the calculator:
