so the web site say's you can make a 1 point clip with just a LED flashlight if this is true and work's passingly well, and if what kind of flashlight works well i was thinking a book light with a long neck.

Hi there,
In the handbook you can read that they advise to use a red led.But you can always try if it works with that long neck light.  ;)

a one point clip is the most easiest way to get ir-tracking.It is just a pitty that you only have 2dof(yaw and pitch).With a 3 point model you can do a lot more.

2dof : Two degrees of freedom [Yaw, Pitch]
6dof : Six degrees of freedom [Yaw, Pitch, Roll, X, Y, Z], only available using 3 or 4 point tracking.

i was just wondering if anyone had tried it
