I would like to thank the developed and the users of this awsome software.
However. My wife has just bought me a TIR 5  FOR Christmas and so I will be leaving the freetrack community. But I really hope that this software just keeps going.

All the best.

Do not be so quick to quit using Freetrack with your existing camera.
I bought a TrackIR 4 system and guess what I use most of the time!
FreeTrack and TrackIR Pro Clip with my webcam.

Many games do not have TrackIR mouse emulation.
Read this article about my disappointment with TrackIR;

Using both for a while, I totally agree with you.
I stayed with Freetrack for IL-2.

I love my new TIR unit, but. As it stands, I have no use for FreeTrack software.  However I would really like to send my appreciation to all the hard wok  that would go into  producing a piece of software that can more than compete with alll the  comercial software out there.

I wish you all the best. and I really hope you can be as successful as the TIR software in the future.

Every time someone buys a TrackIR, a baby virtual pilot dies. :'(

Just had to put in my two cents. I had a trackir for many years and got sick of the expensive upgrades -planned obsolescence?-every time a new version came out (my old unit was incompatible with windows 7 64bit). Then I discovered Freetrack and I have to say that it blows the "other" tracker out of the water, not to mention the thrill of actually making something so cool with my own hands and seeing it work so superbly! Very smooth and very adjustable parameters, well worth learning and making Freetrack. Kudos to the developers, I hope you guys live long and prosper.
