I documented the construction of a 3point clip I made. I also posted a link to a place to order LEDs online and type of resistor I used in the blog entry (it's not in the doc).

Sure! You can include it in 2.1

I will clean it up some more and fix some spelling errors I noticed.

They are the same as in the program +/- a few mm.

I made each "leg" a bit longer than needed and after soldering the LEDs to the wires, I took the small ruler you see in one of the pictures and marked where the LEDs go. I then snipped off the excess. It's easy to do because the center LED is directly in the center. It might be easier to glue the center LED first and then measure. I did the opposite and I ended up a few mm off (not a big deal - simply adjust in FreeTrack).

I didnt get any pictures of that section of my construction because it really required two hands to do and I didn't have a 3rd or 4th hand available for the camera : D

But basically, I took each wire from the LED and bent them outwards a little. I then slipped the black 18 guage wire between them and used the hot glue gun to hold it in place. Note: The phone wires were already soldered to the LED when I did this. On the very last picture, you can kinda see what I did on the top LED if you look very closely.

I will add these notes to the doc.

Ok !

You don't use a fuse to protect your USB (it's a little dangerous) !
