Please help (If possible).
I'm running Vista 64 bit and just bought a Trust 1400T Webcam to fiddle around a bit in Free-Track.
The webcam supports 30FPS (Max) but when testing in Free-Track it runs very quick, after pressing the Start button, from 30 FPS to only 4 FPS or less.
I tried a lot:
- I downloaded the latest drivers from the Trust website
- I tried the webcam settings as recommended by a other user on this Forum.
-Then i tried several versions of AMCAP to change the settings. (The Standard AMCAP version shipped with the Trust drivers are a bit crappy)
- uninstalled the Trust drivers, downloaded the standard SoC-PC-Camera Drivers and the latest version of AMCAP written by Noel Danjou.
Al these settings didn't seem to help. Does anyone know if this type of Webcam is really supported under Vista?
If not, please let me know wich one is.
Thanks!
