Dirt Rally and all my Arma games will no longer run after installing freetrack, if I uninstall freetrack all of the aforementioned games work again. No clue what's going on here. Dirt crashes on start up Arma says that a file is corrupted. I've run game cache verifications on all the games and they still don't work.

It is only strange that your games crashes with freetrack installed. What file is corrupted? Is it directx what is corrupt?
When I started Arma I got a message just like in this post http://forum.free-track.net/index.php?showtopic=3538&page=2#18206
Did you also got that question??

TrackIR Enhanced interface activation: arma3.exe - Application Error

The exception unknown software exception (0x0eedfade) occured in the application at location 0x0000000076DCD8A8

I get this when I try to start Arma 3 I get a very similar message for Arma 2 OA. Perhaps it has something to do with Direct X as suggested? How would I check?

UPDATE: The problem does not seem to be from FreeTrack. I simply opened TrackIR and had it running (not tracking) and Dirt Rally & Arma OA played just fine.

The only thing I found out , is that I first have to start Arma and then press Alt+ tab which brings me back to desktop, start freetrack, go back to Arma and I can look around using freetrack.
But what is or caused your error I don't know.
If you suspect something is wrong with directx, just go to the site of microsoft and download the version for your OS.Spoilerhttps://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/179113
