Hi everyone,

first of all great program :D Found this prog last month and now I'm interested in V2.2 with Wii controler support :D

So one question, even if it doesn't belong in this thread.

So what you need to the controller is a device mounted on the head of the person. wiimote will be lying in front of the person and the device with the IR-LEDS will be moved.

Will this device have certain dimensions?
Also a long bar like the Wii-bar or will I be able to use the 3 point model which where used for the webcam-tracing with its dimensions?

Thank you for answering, it's important because I'm building a 3 point IR-device for the headset right now and I would like if I could use it with the Wiimote :D

Cheers Bastian

I think the three point model should work fine :)

I hope that the sensitivity settings will be easier to adjust.
I never use my hat for 6DOF because no matter how I adjust the settings if I look to the right at all my POV ends up way behind the aircraft, thats my only issue.

I used to get mad when FT would crash, but learned on the forums to pause it first if I need to pause FS, and unpausing it last.

I can fly in FS with 2DOF all day, but I never could cure the look to the right, end up up 100 feet behind the airplane with 6DOF.

I'm sure that will all be taken care of now, yee haw!

That sounds like a calibration issue to me.. are you sure you've configured the distance between the LEDs correctly? I'd play around with those parameters a little if I were you.

There is an option in FT2.2 which block backward movement so you dont't get behind your seat ^^ ...

Everything was working fine with default profiles 2.1. But with this latest version tracking doesn't respond well and when i want to increase sensitivitys any higher than 0,2 it becomes too fast and shaky. I did corrected my models dimensions in model settings too.

I am dissapointed so far but only getting it setup.

I opened it and I especially love right clicking and having the settings that are available for translation curves, anyway I got it going perfectly and very smooth, I went up one click on smoothing and blam, the thing sticks, and jerks, go back one click, sticks and jerks.

I shut FT down reopen and get it back to working well, click back one click in yaw sensitivity and it starts sticking again.

I have reset it back to default 10 times already and started over and cannot get it smooth again.

Do I need to uninstall and reinstall and start over?

At this rate I doubt I'll ever get to even start up FSX to try it out.

It was running so smooth but goes to pot if I touch anything, what do I do?

I love the new settings available, but for some reason it seems very unstable to me so far, maybe I'll get it smoothed out good though, I'll give it a chance.

Thanks for the hard work, it may just be my PC.

I reinstalled it, I set it for 3 points cap and set the dimensions and apply them, when I press start it closes down, I'm getting very angry here, what is going  on with this?

Evidently I screwed up somehow, please help.

All it wants to do is stutter, stick and jerk.

I'm showing good FPS, hardly any JPS, and had it working smooth once, what happened, why did I uninstall 2.1?

I need to step  away from my PC now before I crush it.

I'll calm down and look at it later.

Is 2.2 going to work smoothly with a webcam at all?
