So I loaded the power pack with 12V bulb and measured the voltage. Suprisingly its value is between 5,75 and 5,77V. So here is new calculation for 5,8 voltage.
V I [mA] R [ohm]
1,20 20 60 led
1,20 20 60 led
1,20 20 60 led
2,20 20 110 resistor
SUM:5,80 20 290 Check: 5,8/(20/1000) = 290

Series Circuit based on Vf of 1.2
5.8-3.6=2.2
2.2/.02=110 Ohm
Use a single 100 Ohm for the series circuit for 22 mA actual current.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Parallel Circuit based on Vf of 1.2
5.8-1.2=4.6
4.6/.02=230 Ohm
Use three 220 Ohm for the parallel circuit for 21 mA actual current per LED.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Series Circuit based on Vf of 1.5
5.8-4.5=1.3
1.3/.02=65 Ohm
Use a single 56 Ohm for the series circuit for 23 mA actual current. Probably your best over all option!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Parallel Circuit based on Vf of 1.5
5.8-1.5=4.3
4.3/.02=215 Ohm
Use three 220 Ohm for the parallel circuit for 21 mA actual current per LED.
