Hello,

I'm going tommorow to the electronics store to build my freetrack hat. I want to make something like that: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iMBfXLsXPxQ

I want to put some IR leds on the webcam and put something on my Hat/clip to reflect that. what do you sugest to use?

can I use the remote leds for this mission?

You can try with a material from reflective jacket.

It's called retroreflective tape.

This is best material for reflecting light back to the camera.

You know, it is the strip which are on the jackets of the guys who work around the steets/roads. It reflects cars' light.

It might be easier for us to help if we knew in which country you live ;)
But generally, you can easily get reflective tape on ebay and similar sites:

Besides 3M,  there are also reflective materials manufactured by LG available.

I live at Israel. I think I'll use the regular 3point cap I dont know where to find it here

So it seems that ebay is not an option. But you might try visiting some local shops with bicycle accessories and try grabbing a safety vest there - they usually have reflective stripes as didja mentioned, something like this (one of the first images that popped up in a google image search)
