Class : Apprenti Posts : 23 Registered on : 28/02/2008 Off line	Interestingly enough, when I first tried out freetrack I got a similar error (may have been the same but I can't remember the exact details at the time). I believe it was due to my camera not being compatable (though I could be wrong). I'm running off a laptop here and so I was trying to use my laptops built in camera while I was getting that error. I then went out and bought one of the recommended webcams (vx-1000) and havn't seen that error since. Others may have more info for you, but that was my experience.

Class : Apprenti Posts : 2 Registered on : 05/03/2008 Off line	Hi and hello to all. I have this same error message. I'm using a sony eye toy, which acording to the website should work well. Can any one help please. I do not get any web cam picture in the screen on freetrack. I can bring the image up by a seperate program. The lights come on when i click on start, but no joy. Thanks for any help.

Class : Apprenti Posts : 2 Registered on : 02/03/2008 Off line	Changed my Advent web cam to a VX-1000, freetrack now working well in FSX, also had to put the IR lens back into web cam due to not using IR Leds. Excellent result! Excellent software!.
