see i built 3 led cap and they work but when i want to test in freetrack nothing moves just skull mouth moves see video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ER5IpyEozOs

Your webcam don't track anything, as you can see in the cam window and the FPS counter:

It seems as if all cam settings are decrease to zero.

Try to increase at least the brightness and some contrast to have three good tracking points with a white cross like this:
