I'm using a PS3 Eye and build a 3 point clip model.  The IR filter for the camera is removed and I have part of a floppy disk used for a visible light filter.  All of that works well.

My problem is that no matter what I do I can only get a small range of motion.  With Yaw/ Pitch I can only get the the head to turn about 45 degress off of center in any direction.  I'm pretty sure my model measurements are entered correctly.

Is it possible that I made my clip too small?  I tried to follow what was entered by default but when I was done I ended up with 20, 40, 85, 60 (numbers entered clockwise around the model).

If it doesn't seem like this is a problem with my camera I am thinking about buying a trackclip pro.

Check if the sensitivity on the profile you're using is not zero.
You can press the '1' button to set all sliders to 1, that should give you a lot more range:

Yeah, it was set at 1 by default and when I was messing around I could get more range by moving the slider up but then it just seemed too quick

Looking at it again, I was changing a different sensitivity. Changing this one did help but my LEDs do not pick up right for pitch due to them overlapping easily.

PS - Thanks for the help

What type of leds are you using?
If your leds have round heads try flattening them (carefully).

I did that too but I may have taken too much off. I kept trying to do more to make it work better but the sensativity was down so it wasn't helping. I had fun getting my soldering iron out and making the clip even if it doesn't function.
