I installed freetrack and the drivers as instructed in this post here:

http://forum.free-track.net/index.php?showtopic=2416&page=1

Whenever I try to change the camera settings, I get the access violation in module ntdll.dll. Now whenever I click "start" I get the error again.

If I keep trying to start it, I start getting access violation in module PS3EyeAxFilter.ax

Camera works in CLeye test
Running win7 64bit

I worked really hard learning basic circuits to finally build a decent ir cap and now this... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm having the same exact issue. The worst part is, it basically makes it IMPOSSIBLE to use the PS3 Eye because it automatically defaults to all settings at 0. And with the RGB values all set to zero...well you get nothing but a black image. Any help with this would be HUGELY appreciated.

Found out how to fix the issue, atleast in my case. I just had to install it on a separate drive. In case it matters my primary drive was a 120GB Vertex 3 SSD.

Have started using Free Track today with my PS3 Eye camera and I'm having the very same errors as the folks above.

Because of the 'Access Violation' errors (in Ntdll.dll), Free Track doesn't load the 'head' 3D display on the left side of the screen and therefore setting up tracking with the PS3 Eye is impossible.

Any fixes for this?

Running freetrack as an administrator fixes this for me. (Windows 7 64-bit)
