So I rebuilt the 3 point clip after a week of trying to deal with my first model not working at all. This one works okay but I get a CONSTANT overlap if I turn my head down because the top and middle LED's are so close together on the camera screen (where you see the dots).

I built the three point clip VERY carefully to make sure that all the sizes and angles matched the default size given in the software, was I supposed to use a different size? I see some bigger models in the gallery but no real mention as to why some are bigger than others.

Would going with a cap model work better? I am just about sick and tired of this clip getting built and rebuilt and still not working as well as everyone said it should.

I hate to use a cap, I am not much for hats, but would it save me all this misery?

I have build smaller and bigger ones and they all works fine.
This is my last try very close to default size:

Bigger models gives you some more precision for the movements.
I think, if you give some more sensitivity to pitch you can avoid this problem.
You do not need to watch your real feet to look down ingame and in most games pitch view axis do not need a 360°angle.

The problem with increasing the sensetive is that you will do it for both up and down pitch... I wish there was a setting in freetrack to increase only down pitching

Click on "Global" tab and get your adjustments setup. It is for both Up and Down but at least you can try more sensitivity variations.

Me? I use it mainly in arma2 (native freetrack) and bf3  (mouse emulation, i use gloviepie for better mouse emulation and there i have code for higher sensetivity while looking down)

Ok,... I thougth of IL-2, because there are some problems with the last patch 4.11 and 6Dof.

And there's no change when you increase sensitivity (in profile and global)?
