Is there any advantage to using the 30mm-40mm-70mm-80mm dimensions that are the default for the software?
I'm thinking of building a headset assembly that is 30mm-40mm-60mm-80mm to make use of dual 3-4-5 triangle. The result would be a 90 degree angle between the LED points. This could be made easily by using the right angle of a CD jewel case and measuring the two hypotenuses of 50mm and 100mm for cutting.
However, if there is a reason that it is better to use the default dimensions, I would be interested to hear it.
