Do you have autoexposure disabled for your cam? You actually should.
Webcams mostly don't have aperture mechanism and all the exposure is regulated by shutter - which directly affects fps of webcam (and you want it fixed)

Automatic gain control should be unchecked.

In my case (C120)
Exposure is 1/1000s
Gain is 3569

1/5s means 0,20s so its only 5FPS

Most important thing is to disable every 'auto' controls camera might have.

Now, in my case I have to change dimensions slightly to get good results.

There is possibility that I've made a mistake, so if anyone notice...

Also, it will be useful to read help located in DOCUMENTS folder of installation folder. I can screenshot my profile settings and curves settings but don't know if it will help in your case.

Ask if there is more questions...

So,
220 for first dimension is possible but I would say maybe, 180
90 - it looks too big. 60 maybe?

70 - I would say 160

That black dot should be center of the head (place where is neck's rotation center - below ear, center from top view).
Horizontal - ok
Vertical - 220
Depth - -80

But... you need to try and play with settings

I have C120.

I meant profile settings and curves settings that translate head movements into in-game (view) movements. You should try it for yourself. Its individual...

Have you tried tracking? Does the head moves in good directions now?

I was testing it for 30mins now
and it before it lost 1 dot when yawing but i solved that
only, sometimes it is a bit laggy
it isnt very smooth
and smoothing is on 200
and resistor is hot
this isn't a problem rgiht?
I have unregullated power for a cell adapter 6.3V
and 3 IR LEDs with 1.2power voltage and capable fo 100mA
resistor is 133Ohms, I merged it serial

If you connected it right, you shouldn't worry about resistor. It dissipates (by calculation) around 160mW and resistors are listed for 400mW at least. But, it shouldn't be very hot. Check your wiring.

Lag. I don't know how to help you with this. Sometimes, there are other 3D processes that disrupts head movement refresh rate. In game everything should be fine...

I took screen-shots of my settings. Profiles would be different for every game you play. Rotation and translation are set to mitigate "stand-by jerkiness" (in my case, of course).
