Hi!

I have buyed a new cam becourse my old one makes only 15 frames.
Now my new Logitech C250 makes only 9 frames ?
But it should make up to 30 FPS says logitech ...
Have i do some shit or is this cam incompatible ?
The C120 also should make 30 fps, and i get only 9 ?!!
Anybody can me help pls....

If it doesn't help, check whether USB (where camera is pluged) is v1.1 or v2. Try camera in USB2.0 port(s).

any updates on how you're doing here??   I too have the c250 and I'm wondering if it's going to work.  Did you remover the IR filter?

did you get the frame rate up?

I am using this cam with W7 OS, and when I start freetrack.exe the properties from the installed driver will pop-up and the ftrack software offers to close the program. Can I call this incompatiblity? Shuld I uninstall the cam driver? Thanx!
If I remove the rightlight function, the cam runs with a great, stable 30 framerate.
