Hi.

This is my first post.
Some days ago I see the FreeTrack system and I want to use.

First I tray With Webcam, but not work.
Then I try with WiiMote by Bluetooth conexion and Works Good.

I try with TV remote control pointing to WiiMote and Work good.

Now I working with 3 point clip.

I do the skeleton, wiring and connections, you can see here

But Now .. I need what Kind of LEDS and Resistors must use.

SFH485P LED ??? or Other ? (to use with WiiMote)

And resistors ?
20 Ohm is good for 2 batterys AA 1,5v or AA rechargable ??


When I finish, I will post photos of final device.

SFH485P LED  are the best LED's to use simply because they are WIDE ANGLED transmission Led's.  Hence when you turn your head the Wii / Camera can still pick them up.    I have however, used standard IR Led's with great success from radioshack.   Again it depends soley on the design of the Led.

You can also take the standard IR LED's and file the head flat to increase the width of the IR light (search these forums for your answer)

NO IDEA !!!   :blink:
But at $2.93 for 20 you won't break the bank trying lol !!!

It is what I did and made my 1st attempt with my NON SFH485P LED 's  whilst I waited for my Pack of 10 proper ones to come from China lol !
