Hello over there - hope havin a nice xmas,

i try using freetrack with my own made 4point cap, building with 4 "normal" IR LED from my technical dealer next to me, powered with 4 AA 6R 1,5V batteries.
My webcam is a techsolo tca-4810 ir filter removed and "3,5disc-filter" installed.

System specs:
• Vista 64
• Gigabyte GA-EP45_UD3R
• Intel Core 2 Duo 8400 @ 3600Mhz
• 8GB OCZ Reaper
• Nvidia GTX 260
...newest driver, BIOS and updates

Dont really know the problem - i see the lights with the normal webcam mode,
i see the lights in freetrack - but in freetrack the lights have 1 cross, sometimes up to 5 crosses, and if i turn my head no lights where seen any longer. The 4 green lights in freetrack only on in a special headposition without any move.

Do know what could be wrong - the leds are to dark, or the angle to low ?!

Here 2 videos - hope someone could help me - dont wanna support the brazenly expensive TrackIR´ler

...worx a little bit better - but the green lights (from freetrack, bottom right) wont flash permanentely.

So - last try: 2morrow i´ll buy the Osram IR LEDs,- if it works = yippiahje!!!
If dont - i have to support TrackIR  :( (but wont - the prices are impertinent - would prefer to support freetrack!!! )

Best regards
