I think your problem is the bluetooth stack you are using (Windcomm), as far I know Bluesoleil Stack is the only that is full compatible with FreeTrack...

The problem is that your wiimote needs to be connected as a HID device, I´ve never used Windcomm stack so I can´t tell you if that stack will work...

You can try Unistall windcomm stack (at your own risk), Download and install Bluesoleil Demo, then try to connect FreeTrack to your wiimote... if it works then is up to you the decision to buy bluesoleil or not...

I´m using Windows 7 64Bits with lattest bluesoleil demo and a generic mini dongle... it works fine 60-80fps with 30-45jitter I think that I'm getting low fps and high jitter cause the dongle is a generic one...

Btw Bluesoleil demo comes with a restriction, you can only transfer 2MB of data between your PC and the device, after that the device will get disconnected.
