I have a hat on which I stuck a $5 LED flashlight, and it works great... but I'd like to make a 3point IR-LED system.

I went to radio shack today and found some IR LEDs.  They have a forward voltage of 1.2V and forward amperage of 100mA.  My question is, what resistance and wattage resistors do I need for a system with the 3 LEDs wired in parallel?
