Hi there.

Its almost 2 weeks since when I try to find solution for my freetrack problem.
I have 3 points cap and freetrack works good with EECH (Comanche vs hokum) game. I have problem with 2 games
Falcon 4.0 Open Falcon and Falcon 4.0 FreeFalcon4(RedViper)

The problem is with NPClient.dll in freetrack directory.
It looks like this:

When freetrack is installed and NPClient.dll is in freetrack directory - in game  Freetrack and even mouslook dont works. (Even when freetrack is no running!)

But when I rename NPClient.dll or uninstall freetrack - mouselook work but freetrack don't.

I'v tried to Install both games and freetrack on other computer (my laptop)
And there was the same problem.


Well I have to say I'm a little desperate  :( I was trying to find solution on Open Falcon and FreeFalcon forum's ,posted there - but without result.

Can anyone help ?

At least have one game on which can I enjoy my freetrack :)

Do you have a HOTAS??  Make sure it's connected.  You also have to change the 3dckpt.dat files in the cockpit folders for each of the different f-16 variants.  There should be a line at the bottom that says 6dof ready 0.  change the 0 to a 1.  It has to be done for all cockpits.

I don't have HOTAS. And all 3dckpt.dat are allready edited.

I think that's why it's not working for you.  I've read in a few posts that free-track won't work in OF without a HOTAS.

OMFG It's stupid !  :pinch:
So I have to buy a Saitek X52 for 150 euro or maybe Cougar for $225,00 to get OF or RV  to work with freetrack ???  :angry:
no way !
Its sick !!!!

Unless you can find a cheap X45.  That's what I'm using.

I am not sure, byt maybe ANY joystick / controller is OK and can be treated as HOTAS :-)

OMFG !!

You know what ? I just bought a MANTA joystick in TESCO market for less then 10 euro or 15$  :p
It is MANTA MM602

And now freetrack works great in 4dof and 6dof !!!

There is no need to buy a expensive HOTAS like saitekx52 or cougar
